Tests will continue into September to ensure that the entire machine is ready to accelerate and collide beams at an energy of 5 TeV per beam, the target energy for 2008. Force majeure notwithstanding, the LHC will see its first circulating beam on 10 September at the injection energy of 450 GeV (0.45 TeV).

Once stable circulating beams have been established, they will be brought into collision,

"The collider is to be inaugurated on October 21," said Alexander Vodopyanov, of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna). "This means at least one test-run of proton beams around the accelerator ring will be conducted prior to inauguration."

That is Wednesday at 3am, if the test beams hit...what then..? if not then we have any time between then and October 21st.

miniature black holes will hold the same characteristics and properties of wormholes that happen all the time...even if it is formed it will live for a few seconds at most.

Well its not like it should happen tomorrow it will likely take until may of 09 before anything really happens.

But on to our topic a mini black hole is different from a wormhole big time, wormholes... Einstein-Rosen Bridge ..and black-holes all fall under different categories and do different things.
