so why did you paint it that color it doesnt even match you should have painted it a lighter color so it would have reflected light but o well it kinda cool neway.
At least u cleaned the wiring up MUCH NICER LOOKING good job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah i couldnt find a color that truely matched it.. but i like the metallic... and i need to buy a 120mm fan gril so i dont loose a hand... lol... but yeah i spent a long time extengin power dongles and molex connectors to make everythign plug in behind the mobo.. and all lights and fans are now on the controler...
as for the ram.. no on this board its 1 and 2 ... and no i dont know wt the lights will do to the paint... oh and by the way everyone my problem never was the PSU.. the mobo is DOA... in a really wierd way.. like sometims it will turn on and sometimes it wont... its really wierd... like if you connect the power and turn it on it will work untill it looses power at the PSU... like turnin it off at the PSU to do some alterations... then you have to unplug the mobo from the PSU and plug it back in to get it to come back on... so unless anyone has a fix for this im sending it back and gettin this board... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813136151
Is it me or is your whole computer going fubar? I mean dont get me wrong you probably have the most expensive computer with some of the best parts but every other day it seems like you have a problem with it?
umm.. this is the first problem i have known of... and its cuz of a dead board from the factory.... didnt know that was my fault... in case you didnt read correctly i said the PSU never was bad.... it was this new board... so iv got a new PSU now.. lol.. oh well... i gotta get a replacement for this board... but yeah...
abit sli mobo right, if u looked at ur mobo did it come up with the A0 error on the num display, that is what i was getting all i did was reset the csom and it works. I think my mobo is to blame for brakker kicking but, if it works any were else but my room y replace it?

no it doesnt show that error... basically the display doesnt display anything that even remotely resembles an error wiht the board... and i reset the cmos like a bunch... and its just wierd... but yeah its screwed up... thats figures my luck i would get a bad board...
Have you read anything about the DFI boards?? They are hunks of shampoo when it comes to hardware compatlbily. Be prepared to swap a whole lot of things out to make the system stable.
BTW, I think you should have stuck with intel...
BTW, have you pulled every bit of hardware out of it except the video, one hard drive, and one ram chip??
iv decided im gonna just have the abit board replaced... evidnetally according to abit there was a bad run of those boards and they told me according to the serial number that it was one of the defective ones...so im sending it back for a replacement..
