General Tommy Frank's biography is a great book. I must also add the memoirs of Heinz Guderian as well as Mein Kampf.
As far as fiction goes... the Coffin Dancer is excellent.

I'm not sure what my Favorite book is, but Sirens of Titan and Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut are high on the list
