game ideas for future LAN's

see where getting some where. lol, yeah u'd didnt tell me it was only a 2 person vs. dj's right we need to stick to atleast 8 ppl per game.

Generals would be kinda fun but i dont think any onboard graphics card would play it, (atleast in my experence i has yet to not lag(dam 3D))

i like the red alert idea red alert two would be easy to install and run in my mind. with RA the severes r a little fun for LANs or atleast that what i read when finding out how to install on XP. the comps would run RA2 great as well it doesnt need to much to back it, and we could play on some sweet maps, and i just hated the old "fog of war" on C&C games.

Lets not rule out brood war yet, blizzard doesnt make to bad of games u know.

some thing hit me earlyer, if there was a racing game how would u control it....???AWDS... that be a little tricky.

I think battlefront would still kick some @$$ for the next LAN we just need to get a illegal copy of ep3 first lol. and find out who has it for xbox, or ps2 and pc.. i may buy it hear soon for pc.

oh and if we do anything like last year there will be a xbox lan the last day of school lol "HEHEHE" i love u neace. most likely it will be halo 2.

they'ed never let us do that, we had it befor we went out i think. try to stay on topic i just figure i would give u all a hint...

ok so on the adgenda we deffinately got COD.... and possibly expansion pack.... that will be pretty awesome for the next lanapooloza*... however i think battlefront would be supreme... where pple with X box and pc and ps2 can all play together...

we would play 42 after playing CoD this Lan thats what those "tierd of war world war 2 games" comes from. it be vietnam

well 1942 is really really fun.... i dont think the schools comps would run BFV.... well they might if they had more ram... those huge maps are murder if you dont have at least 512mb of ram...

yeah but arent the graphics different and the engine behind it too, the weapons are better i think i havent really looked into it

The Quake III engine is aging but is still used in many newer games. 2 off the top of my head are Return to Castle Wolfenstein and Call of Duty.. both sport gorgeous graphics. So, the engine hasnt outlived itself yet.
