That's yet another reason why we should have let General MacArthur go ahead and expand the offensive to China after the victory in Korea. MacArthur was one of the greatest generals in U.S. history and I believe could have successfully took China. However Truman was too much of a pansy to let him do what he could do best.

Robert E. Lee was perhaps the best general of all time. And McArthur was senile during Korea. To think that at the height of the Cold War we could have nuked 12 cities in a communist country without a full response from Russia is idiotic.
