you can do it under desktop properties/ appearance

or

u could do like me and DL window blinds and do it that way, (that program is a butt to work with) (it might be spyware or adware too

) and u want to set the theme to modified theme aswell

You have to make an image the same as your desktop. The image on my desktop is 2304X864 and set to tile.

ok follow me here

1. right click on ur desktop
2. go to properties
3. under them select modified theme.
4. click on the apperance tap at the top
5 select like windows classic style
select windows standerd
select normal
6. click advanced (above apply)
from Adanced apperance change it the way u want

i dont think u need window blind, i uninstalleded it,

if it doesnt appere to work u may want to restart ur computer befor the new settings take place

that should be it if not ill send u the link i would give it to u now but u i dont wnat to send u to a place that uploads spyware onto ur pc.

that what i did mine in, the window blind just changed all the icons, but the i changed the agien today on my own. i wouoldnt DL anything u dont need
