Do you think if America stopped supporting Israel, they would like us again and we would live peacefully with them?


Why do you think America supports Israel?

would all suddenly stop? Absolutely not. Effects of 50 years of bad foreign policy doesnt just end. However, a statement against the actions of Israel or atleast a half way fair policy towards middle eastern countries and Israel would go a long way.

Why does America support Israel? In short, money and power. 2% of the population essentially controls th other 98%.

Shi'ites and Sunnis are still Muslims...just different branches of the same faith.

Like Catholics and Protestants. The two are rather different... and they kill each other on a regular basis. The Shi'ite majority in Iraq routinely arrests and beats the hell out of or kills Sunnis just to do it and the Sunnis blow up Shi'ite areas in retaliation.

That's true in ANY culture/country.... Germany, Russia, US, whatever. No matter your nationality/ethnic background, if you have money & power, you rule. From the Russian Czars to the Ming Emperors, they go hand in hand. History's proven that a zillion times.

Even if the Muslims ruled the Middle East, that wouldn't change a thing. Even if Israel ceased to exist on the planet, they would still be calling for jihad for whatever reason they could make up. They aren't happy unless they are warring with someone. That tradition goes back further than Biblical times. A leopard can't change its spots.

I want you to think about this. Nearly all of this country's foreign policy is based on, not our interests, but a foreign country's interests.

Christians were extremely violent until recently. They changed their spots.

The point I am trying to make is, the reason that Arabs are extremely violent towards the US is the fact that we give unqualified support to a hated enemy.

If you read the Bible you will find that God has said that a new covenant has been made with Christians... one that is through Christ. The old covenant is no more.

Funny, but they keep bouncing back no matter what or who tries to defeat them. The Romans lost, the Germans lost, and I have a feeling the Arabs will too.
I've read the Bible. The Jews are also mentioned at the end of the book, so it's not over for them. Jesus was Jewish.

I say we round up all of the Amish and send them back to their homeland since they want to keep to themselves and refuse to be like the rest of us Americans. How dare they dress plainly and ride in buggies! It's a slap in the face to our culture and way of life.

What is your opinion of people with loyalty to another land making important decisions for this country. I personally dont feel comfortable with a foreign national deciding our policy.

Are you saying Jesus wasn't Jewish??
Jesus kept all of the Jewish festivals and laws. He was crucified with a sign stating he was "King of the Jews".
The Bible states that he came to preach to the Jews first, the Gentiles were second. He never said he was going to abolish the law but to fulfill it.

1) if you want to get technical about it... they are a group of people who have willingly not progressed culturally. They are still participating in what was formerly European culture.

2) That is not a big of deal as the non-european invasion that wants to change this entire country to suit them and to be more like their homeland.

He died because the Jews refused to believe the was the Messiah. He was observant of the Torah and its commandments. Jesus's mother was Jewish, that makes him a Jew. He was born and raised in a Jewish household, in a part of the Jewish world back then. The Bible says he participated in the Jewish festival of Passover, visited and spoke at the Temple. What makes you think is he not racially a Jew? If he wasn't a Jew, he would have been killed entering the Temple areas. Jesus didn't establish or endorse Christianity as an official religion while he was alive. That didn't happen until many years after his death. The Christian relgion is an off-shoot from Judaism.
