I was surfing google and i came across something about the Philosopher's stone. As it turns out many stones have been made since ancient egypt. The stone is made mainly from only few elements whic is mainly gold, platinum, rhodium and iridium transmutated into a monatomic state. Egyptions/Hebrews used to eat this in the form of bread known as Ma Na in egyption or Manna in hebrew. It boosted mental powers and physical health making it possible to live longer.

The Monatomic metals have also been linked to spontanious combustion because they are superconductors that store energy.
